    We provide corporate finance advisory services to a select number of clients with whom we have built longstanding relationships working on cross border transactions. In the past two years, our partners have led transactions in Western and Eastern Europe, Canada and Australia, as well as in emerging markets (South America, Central and South East Asia and Africa).

    Whilst we have developed a particular affinity for sectors which we have been covering in close collaboration with longstanding clients, we believe that our approach to deals allows us to work across industries.

    Our approach to a new assignment entails in-depth financial, and strategic analysis. This is immediately followed by the definition of objectives and timelines of the assignment and the organisation of the project and transaction which we help manage. Our clients value our expertise in structuring and coordinating complex transactions including Mergers & Acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, strategic partnerships, public transactions, capital raisings, buyouts, restructurings, recapitalisations as well as the resolution of shareholders issues and disputes.
